Ismat Ara is a dynamic personality. She is the Finance Director of 3A (Aristocrat Advisors & Arrangers).

After acquiring BBA and MBA Degree from Rajshahi University in 2003 and 2004 respectively with major in Management, She started her career as an article student of a Chartered Accountants Firm in 2006 to 2009, She also worked with them as a Manager and subsequently promoted to senior manager until 2014. During this period she accomplished different kinds of projects of World Bank, Asian Development Bank, UNICEF, JAICA, DFID & GoB and local companies & other Scheduled Banks in Bangladesh.

She exposed her experience very successfully in Malaysia and China from 2014 to 2020.

Her core expertise is in Financial Analysis, Business Analysis & Reporting. She has also work experience in the investment market of Bangladesh & Malaysia.

She is a Tax consultant of National Board of Revenue (NBR) of Bangladesh and Member of Institute of Management Consultants of Bangladesh (IMCB). She is also Associated Member & affiliated with CIMA, UK. & Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).
